Hi-impact or Low impact rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines.


Circuits

Circuits training is a form of body conditioning  combining six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them.


Aqua



Aqua aerobics is a type of resistance training  for a full body workout in the pool.

Steps

Pilates

Pilates consists of low-impact muscular strength & muscle balance. Pilates is also helpful in preventing & rehabilitating injuries, increasing flexibility, circulation & balance.

Step is a form of low impact aerobics using a low level platform as an up-tempo way to to get your heart pumping and stay fit. 

Classes
